This is PT's version of the classic chocolate chip cookie, but with much bigger pieces of creamy chocolate than you normally find.
However PT claims that the real secret to this delightful cookie is in the dough! The jumbo oats are toasted in the oven slightly which produces a taste that works wonderfully well with the butteriness of the mixture.

Driven by the desire to bake biscuits that are truly tasty and extremely indulgent, Paul Tidmarsh started experimenting in 2005 with the aim of making truly delicious gourmet biscuits.
