Questions About The Memberships
1) When will I be charged for my membership?
As much as we'd love to, unfortunately we can't afford to send you free biscuits every month... but we leave it as late as possible to take payment for your monthly membership!
We'll request payment of your membership fee on the day that your monthly selection is despatched. So if you are scheduled to receive your delivery on the 20th we'll despatch on the 19th and this is when your fee will be collected.
Once you're a member you don't need to do anything - just sit back and wait for your delicious biscuits to arrive! We'll request payment from the card you used to order your first monthly selection.
2) When will I receive my first monthly biscuit selection?
When you join the Luxury Biscuit Club we'll ask you to choose a delivery date. You'll receive your first selection of delicious biscuits on that date, then if you decide you want to stay with us to experience all of Great Britain's Great Biscuits we'll send you a new selection on that date every month.
And don't worry if your chosen date falls on a weekend of a bank holiday, we'll send it out for delivery on the next working week day.
Need to change your delivery date - not a problem, just give customer support a call on 0115 979 8482 and they'll be delighted to help.
3) How often will I receive a biscuit selection?
As a current member of the Luxury Biscuit Club you'll receive a brand new selection of gorgeous British biscuits once a month and delivery will be made on the date you chose when you joined the club.
If you can't receive a delivery for any reason don't worry, just give us a quick call and our fantastic customer support team will sort everything out. You can get them on 0115 979 8482 .
4) When will my monthly selection arrive?
Your monthly selection of luxury biscuits will be delivered by our DHL between 9am and 6pm on your delivery date.

5) Can I have my biscuits sent to a different address?
Yes, that’s no problem, just enter a different delivery address on the checkout page, or if you already have a membership you can change the delivery address by logging into your account and altering the delivery address.

6) Can you deliver outside of the UK?
Unfortunately not, but we’re working towards this – keep checking back!
7) What happens when my friends 2 month Gift membership expires?
Their membership will simply expire. They can choose to continue receiving luxury biscuits every month, but they will have to choose to move onto a standard monthly membership.
And of course they will have to enter their own payment details – yours will not be stored when ordering a gift membership.
8) How do I cancel my Monthly Membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time. Simply call our customer support team on 0115 979 8482 or send an email to support@bakerspantry.co.uk and we’ll make sure that your membership is cancelled.
If you want to cancel your membership we want to ensure you don't get charged again, so please let us know by midnight on the day before your biscuit selection is due to be despatched. So if your delivery date is the 20th then your biscuits will be despatched on the 19th which means we need to know that you want to cancel by midnight on the 18th.
9) How do I cancel my 2 Month Gift Membership?
A gift membership can be cancelled at any time up until midnight on the day before the first monthly selection is due to be despatched (see point 8 for more info about the midnight cut-off).
To cancel please call our customer support team on 0115 979 8482 or email them on support@bakerspantry.co.uk. Unfortunately gift memberships can't be cancelled once the first months membership selection has been processed, but if you're not satisfied with anything please contact us and we guarantee to make you happy!

10) What biscuits will I receive?
Each month Simon recommends a selection of the best biscuits he's tasted recently, and we send you these exact biscuits! The biscuits we send you are always freshly made, and guaranteed to have been baked by some of the best artisan bakers in the whole of Great Britain.

11) Can I choose which biscuits I want to receive?
If you want to choose a specific selection of biscuits we will soon be launching a biscuit store on this site and that will mean you can pick and choose your favourites. Simon Cambridge, one of the best biscuits experts in the country, chooses the biscuit selections which Biscuit Club members receive each month, so you can rest assured that you will receive delicious, luxury biscuits every time.
The Biscuit Club is designed to allow you taste different selections of the finest British biscuits each month without having to worry about placing an order.
12) Who makes the biscuits?
That's an easy one... Britain's very best bakers!
Simon makes sure his monthly recommendations contain biscuits from a number of different bakers so that our members get to try a variety of biscuits, and you may get to know some of the bakers with bigger ranges of great biscuits as the months go by.
. But as a Biscuit Club member you're sure to enjoy biscuits from the length & breadth of the country!
13) How long are my biscuits good for?
All of our biscuits include a suggested ‘use-by’ date, and this will vary depending on the type of biscuit and the ingredients used by the baker.
